JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an ENTRY-LEVEL Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Position will report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and BCBA-D.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BCBA: Responsibilities of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst:

  • Hiring, training and supervision of BT’s, RBTs, and BCaBAs
  • Managing client caseloads
  • Oversee the implementation of direct ABA in home, community and educational settings
  • Designing treatment plans to support client goals
  • Conducting FBA and creating behavior support goals
  • Review clinical quality and of programs
  • Accountable to providing supporting documents as required by insurance companies requirement * Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by CCO
Requirements
  • Active Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Valid Driver's license, reliable vehicle, clear background check
